Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
VALORIAN is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@valorianshop.store.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 5 business days at support@valorianshop.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
