How to Return

Initiate Your Return

Email us at returns@valorianshop.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll send you a prepaid label within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack items securely in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging). Affix the prepaid label, drop off at any FedEx location, and keep the receipt for tracking.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items in original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping
Beauty products that are unopened and unused
Defective or incorrect items — regardless of condition or time

Final sale items (marked clearly at checkout)
Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
Items without original tags or returned after 30 days
Opened beauty products or fragrances

Exchanges

Size & Item Exchanges

We want your order to be perfect. If you'd like a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get the item before it sells out.

Alternatively, email us at returns@valorianshop.store with your order number and the exchange details. We'll do our best to accommodate direct exchanges, subject to availability.

For international exchanges, we recommend the return-and-reorder method as it avoids additional customs fees.

Refunds

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a VALORIAN error (wrong item, defective product). For free shipping orders, a $9.99 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for returned items.

If you paid using store credit or a gift card, your refund will be credited back to your VALORIAN account.

Frequently Asked

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?

We sincerely apologize! Please email returns@valorianshop.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Can I return an item bought on sale?

Sale items that are not marked "Final Sale" may be returned under our standard 30-day policy. Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Final sale status is displayed prominently on the product page and at checkout.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your package, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Refunds are then processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days before the funds appear in your account.

Do I need the original packaging to make a return?

We ask that you return items in the original packaging where possible, as this helps protect them in transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a similarly protective box or mailer. Items must still be returned with all original tags attached.

I'm an international customer — how do I return?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at returns@valorianshop.store to receive return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Duties and taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable.
